David Firestone, CEO/Principal – David always had a love for the art of filmmaking. After an early acting -modeling career, he became a successful business entrepreneur and marketer. David has an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has developed new businesses, such as, Green Bling Media and consulted for Fortune 500 clients. David is now bringing his high level executive and film producing experience to the talent business. He has that win-win attitude to promote and manage talent in the entertainment industry.
Craig Tobler, Vice President - Craig moved to the Los Angeles area in the 1980's to fulfill his lifelong dream of pursuing an acting career. After appearances on feature TV shows, such as, "Bay Watch", Craig focused his energies in the fashion arena and now has a successful business in the fashion packaging business segment. With Craig's experience in the entertainment biz, he is turning his energies to promoting and growing our organization.
Barry Patel, CEO, Chairman of Bollywood Productions USA - A graduate of Oxford University, London, Barry has been associated with the motion picture and entertainment industry since the early 1990's through Bollywood Productions USA. Barry brings insightful and creative insight to our team.
Spencer Cadigan, Managing Director, Theatrical - Spencer is an award-winning actor/writer/producer with over 10 yrs experience in the entertainment business. Spencer won “Best Short Film” award at the Accolade Film Festival in 2021 for “Superzeros,” a pilot he wrote, starred-n, and produced. Also, the creator of “After Hours” another pilot slated to become an episodic series. Spencer is host and co-creator of a comedic sports podcast, “Sports and Tacos” . Spencer's creative skill set brings a strong addition to our talent management team.
Candice Gulick, Talent Manager - Candice was inspired by her sons’ pursuit of music and acting to transition her career into the entertainment industry. Candice has used her passion for cinema, television and first hand experience navigating the industry to advocate and guide aspiring talent to realize their dreams.
Madelyn Kara, Talent Manager - Madelyn is currently studying at Pepperdine University as an emerging filmaker grounded in discipline, work ethic and creative execution. Madelyn is a four-year division I athlete where she developed skills of resiliency, adaptability and teamwork that Maddy has brought to bear to manage and guide talent in the field of acting and film-making.
Piper Morgan, Talent Manager

Her passion for the craft extends to every side of the business, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to stand out in today’s competitive market. Piper works with actors to sharpen their tools, strengthen their performances, and create professional, compelling self-tapes that capture the attention of industry professionals.
Ian Drummond, Talent Manager, Atlanta based - Ian is excited to join the Firestone Talent Team to cover the Southeast region. A Philadelphia native, Ian will be managing and scouting talent in the Atlanta, Nashville and Miami areas. Ian is a writer and loves working with and mentoring creatives.
